I mean it IS a joke but its not intended to be funny. there are a LOT of jobs like that out there now.... that expect a Bachelors in C.S. A++ cert's etc for less than $10 per hour. I made $12 an hour 13 years ago at Stream doing first tier phone support with no training. $408 plus $25 federal stimulus bonus.
